Content review
Every post, work video and request video is reviewed before it goes public: until it’s approved only the author can see it, and a rejection comes with a clear reason. Uploads go through file-signature checks, malware scanning and image-metadata stripping; videos are transcoded under limits and get a generated cover.

How does Menba charge?
15% of each completed order, deducted from the provider's earnings. The client pays exactly what they see — nothing is added.
When does the provider get paid?
After the provider marks the job done, you tap "Confirm" and the money is released. If you don't confirm within 24 hours, it's released automatically.
Are all providers verified?
Everyone who can be booked has completed real-name verification (name + national ID number + liveness check). Unverified accounts can't be booked, can't take jobs and can't message.
Does Menba keep my face data?

How do providers withdraw?
Start a withdrawal from the Earnings page; it arrives within 24 hours. Money held for unfinished orders doesn't count toward your withdrawable balance.
Can I be both a client and a provider?
Yes — it's the same account; just switch roles. To become a provider, complete real-name verification and submit a listing.
Is English supported?
Yes. The app is fully bilingual, including the business messages returned by the server.
